Mirshak Artists Management represents many of the world's finest classical singers, conductors and stage directors.  Our roster is comprised of musicians who strive to make a positive difference in the art of music and to affect people with his or her gifts.  Our agency collaborates with our clients to energetically develop and manage their careers, as well as with arts organizations worldwide to help create the best artistic experience possible.  We are known for our unsurpassed work ethic, integrity and passion for the musical arts. 

Robert Mirshak, President

Robert Mirshak is President and Founder of Mirshak Artists Management, the classical artist management agency based in New York City whose mission is to make a positive difference in artists careers through work ethic, integrity and passion for the musical arts. He is an advocate for ethics in the music business, and represents 30 international artists on a roster comprised of singers and stage directors.  Lawrence Brownlee, Anthony Dean Griffey and Lester Lynch are just a few of the singers Dr. Mirshak has managed over the past several years.  An active participant on the speaker's circuit, he has been a featured lecturer at National Classical Singer Conventions and at the National Association of the Teachers of Singers, as well as the Opera in America convention where he spoke of "Ethics in the Business of Singing."  He has also worked with young artists programs across the United States, and is a frequent vocal competition adjudicator. Dr. Mirshak received his Doctorate of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he was a student of National Medal of Arts award winner Professor George Shirley and worked extensively with renown pianist and coach, Martin Katz.  The past two years he was a featured speaker at The National Classical Singer Convention in Chicago, The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Roosevelt University in Chicago, Florentine Opera Young Artist Program in Milwaukee, The National Classical Singer Convention in Boston, UCLA, LSU, The University of Memphis, and The University of Wisconsin-Madison.  As a professional singer, Dr. Mirshak performed recitals around the world, and sang with several regional opera companies.  As a teacher, he was a member of the voice faculty at Missouri State University, Albion College, and Central Michigan University.  As an artist manager he was employed by Columbia Artists Management and Herbert Barrett Management before forming his own artists management agency 15 years ago.  Dr. Mirshak continues to be an advocate for Music Business education in schools and young artist programs, and recently developed an online course called “The Complete Singer Academy” with his wife Jane Mirshak and  “Singer’s Career Success” with Psychologist Dr. Kristina Driskill.

Soprano Jane Mirshak has sung on many of the worlds most prestigious stages from Washington National Opera at the Kennedy Center to San Francisco Opera having performed some of the greatest leading ladies of Mozart to Wagner to Floyd. Jane also served as the Executive Director of Naam Yoga Healing and Research Center in NYC and LA for over a decade and is Co-Owner of Mirshak Artists Management with her husband Dr. Robert Mirshak. She holds her MFA in Acting from the Professional Actors Training Program at University of Missouri at Kansas City and is passionate about helping singers develop their skills as Singing Actors! She has traveled the world teaching workshops on the Power of Positivity and Naam Yoga Techniques for Health to Corporations, Non Profit Organizations, Women's Organizations, Universities and more. She currently teaches ongoing classes online during these unprecedented times with the goal to help everyone on their good health and well-being journey.
